Last year the cyclists started a leg of the race in Kalkan town, however this year they will literally be passing through, on their way from Fethiye to Finike. A good vantage point is likely to be in Akbel, where they will complete a gruelling mountain sprint. Another good viewing point will be near to Kelebek furniture store, where you will be able to see the cyclists along a relatively long stretch of stright road. Here are some approximate arrival timings for Friday afternoon, based upon slightly different average speeds. We recommend getting there early to practice your flag waving routine.
Here again is the link to the official website, where you can find more details of the tour. Share |
