Some of our eagle-eyed visitors may have noticed the recent newcomer to the Kalkan Town Exchange Rates, on the KTLN home page.

Kalkan PTT (the Post Office) has joined Infinity Jewellery and Yardan Jewellery, each providing their up-to-date exchange rates just for you.

We should point out that Kalkan PTT does charge a commission to exchange currency, whilst shops generally do not.  Check before you make the deal.

Please note that there are other businesses in town that exchange currency, and more often than not, the rates on offer are pretty close, if not identical.

Also, please be assured that the existing mid-rates shown on the right hand side of our home page will remain.

They will continue to reflect the trend in exchange rate movements, and relate more to the rates that would be applicable to banking transactions, rather than cash exchange transactions.
