The D400 dual carriageway, Kalkan by-pass, is now fully open. Please ensure you drive on the correct side of the road. Original news article - Tuesday 5th October: Contractors have been working on the Kaş bound carriageway of the D400 for several days now. After much preparation, they have started to put the top layer of tar on to the road. If you have to cross this road on foot, you may want to take care not to ruin your shoes. See our photos below.
