The Kaş Public Education Centre (Kaş Halk Eğitim Merkezi) is once again holding Turkish lessons for foreigners.

If you are interested in learning Turkish you need to go to the Public Education Centre (at the end of the car park, across from Muhtar Supermarket, behind the high school), by the 18th of October, to fill in a registration form.

You will need to take your passport with you.

Once all the forms have been collected and numbers and levels of participants have been obtained, the classes will be organised with regards to specific dates and times.  The lessons are expected to start the following week, i.e. the week commencing Monday the 25th of October.

Lessons are generally held once a week, either in the morning or afternoon, e.g. 10.00 to 13.00 or 14.00 to 17.00, and continue over the school year until mid June.

The organiser, Kate Akalin, will once again be assisting on a voluntary basis and will be taking the beginners group, unless there are not enough numbers to open a beginners class, in which case she will be taking last years beginners.
