The Central Bank of Turkey (CBT), has said that interest rates are not likely to rise before the fourth quarter of 2011.

If you have money invested in Turkey, and are budgeting for the year ahead, better assume that you won't be receiving any more in interest.

The CBT is also predicting a year end inflation rate of between 7% and 8%.
