They guess he is less than a year old. He is very clean and friendly, and has obviously been a house pet. It also appears that he has been neutered, and strangely he has no tail. He has a leather collar, with a pink felt lining. See larger photo below. KAPSA think he has been hanging around Kalkan for at least 4 days now. Please let them know if you have any information.
