We know from the website user statistics that many of you browse KTLN as a guest, rather than logging in, every time you visit us.

That's perfectly fine if all you want to do is read local news items, or check things like the business directory, or a few other public features.

However, if you want to see the entire website, including the live webcams, you do need to log in.

But what if you have forgotten your password, or your User Name?

Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it.

You need to click on Forgot your password? (as indicated by the blue arrow).

You must type in the email address you used when you registered with KTLN.

Please note that when you have typed in your email address, you will see a message telling you that the email address is already registered, and to choose another one.

PLEASE IGNORE THIS MESSAGE. It is a bug in our system, which we hope to fix. But for now, just ignore it and continue.  Update: NOW FIXED!

You will be sent an email with a code that you need to copy and paste into your web browser, so we know we are dealing with the right person. Then you have an option to create your password.

Forgotten User Name
If you have forgotten your User Name, simply click on Forgot your username?, (as indicated by the red arrow), and we will send you a reminder by email.

Not registered yet?
If you have not yet registered as a member, but would like to do so, click on Create an account, (as indicated by the green arrow).
