It is in fact a group of keep fit enthusiasts, who like nothing more than to sit on a bike, pedal fast, get out of breath and go nowhere. Under the watchful eye of Spin Doctor Clive Green, our plucky pedal-pushers perspire their way to the peak of physical perfection. But seriously, if you want to become fitter, and would like to join them, here is what you need to know.
Sessions are as follows: Mondays - 9am and 10am There are 4 bikes plus 1 instructor's bike, with 2 more cycles on order for March delivery. Currently, these spinning sessions are well attended, by ladies and gents. It is believed that such a facility is unique to this part of Turkey. Anyone is welcome to come along and join these classes, or indeed to use any of the other gym facilities. If you require further information, please call in to Kalkan Gym, (close to the Çinar Bar, behind Deniz Bank), or contact Clive on 0531 854 4708. Feel free to come along and see a lesson in progress.
