You will note that this change is 24 hours after the UK, and mainland Europe. The reason for this difference is that Sunday is a big day for university exams in Turkey, so to avoid any confusion for students, (and to allow them an extra hour in bed!), the change in time will be a day later this year. So, for one day only, on Sunday 27th March, remember that the time difference between Turkey and the UK will be just one hour.
