Kalkan Turkish Local News is essentially the work, (actually, a hobby), of two people: the KTLN webmaster, based in the UK, and the editor, who is based in Kalkan.

The KTLN webmaster sits alone, at his bank of computers and gadgets, at KTLN Mission Control, (in deepest Northamptonshire), keeping all the cogs moving, and replacing valves when they blow.

But in his spare time, he has created a brand new website, which is aimed at helping the independent traveller.  He would like KTLN readers to give it a try, and provide feedback, before it is formally launched.

The webite is called TransferWithMe.com.  It is not an airport transfer company, rather, it is a smart new way to arrange airport transfer sharing, online.  Featured on BBC News 'Click' in January 2012!
