There will be a festival of pre-school education at Kalkan harbour, on Monday 1st June.  All of the nursery schools from Kalkan, Kaş, Ova and Kınık will join the festival.

Parents and children will gather at around 3pm at the nursery school (Akdeniz Minikler Koleji) on Gül Sokak, and they will walk down to the harbour, where the festival will begin, at around 4pm.

Around 500 to 600 parents are expected to turn out, and everyone is welcome to come along to join in the fun.  Every school represented will put on a short performance of some kind, and there will be exhibitions of work done by the children.

The Kaymakam of Kaş area, Süleyman Yılmaz, will be there, as will Kalkan Mayor, Saim Karakurt.
