Water alert: There is a burst water main, somewhere near Çavdır, between Kalkan and Saklıkent.

The Belediye will be turning off mains water tonight (Wednesday) for 4 days, so that engineers can fix the problem.

According to the Belediye, if all goes according to plan, water will return some time on Sunday.

Make sure you make full use of the water supply today, before it goes off.

Kalkan Belediye do provide free emergency bulk water supplies, however their resources are limited, so you may not be lucky enough to get a delivery.

If you need to purchase bulk water, you can find a couple of bowsers in the KTLN Business Directory. 

If you are paying for bulk water, we strongly advise you to check that the bowser is full before they start their delivery, and check it is empty before the bowser departs.  Make sure you get what you are paying for.
