Kalkan Belediye workmen have been busy installing road-side bollards in town.

This is to prevent traffic congestion at a town centre bottle-neck.  Not only is double parking a nuisance, it can be dangerous.

As you can see from our photos, the bollards start opposite Teskom supermarket and go down to the roundabout.

There are bollards running along the road in front of Brave Tours and Meydan Adana.

It should mean that traffic can flow a little more freely in that part of town. It will also mean that pedestrians don't have to walk on the road, because inconsiderate drivers have blocked the pavement.
