A Mercedes Sprinter minibus hit a lamp post, as it was driving downhill towards the main junction. Nobody was hurt, but the front driver's side, and the driver's pride were slightly dented. To be fair to the driver, the lamp post has been installed right in the centre of the concrete road.Call us old fashioned, but the side of the road is the more traditional place to erect street lighting. It was only a matter of time really. This particular Mercedes Sprinter, won't be sprinting anywhere for a while. However, the good news is that the street light is still working.
