There was a road traffic accident in Ulugöl at about 7pm on Tuesday 18th October, in which a local shop worker was badly hurt.

A hire car, being driven by a visitor to Kalkan, collided with 22 year old Seyhan Seyhan, who suffered head injuries. 

She was taken by ambulance to Fethiye, and was subsequently transferred to a hospital in Antalya.

KTLN was told yesterday (Friday), that Seyhan is still in hospital. 

Many KTLN readers may know Seyhan.  She used to work in Yalı supermarket, but more recently, she was working in Smile supermarket.

Our thoughts are with Seyhan and her family.  We wish her a speedy recovery.

The man and woman travelling in the car were not injured.
