Share In our latest poll, we asked KTLN members to tell us what they thought about televisions being set up on the streets of Kalkan. We asked you to put to one side the legality of showing things like Sky Sport, and think about whether it is a good thing to have in Kalkan. Below, we provide the outcome of the poll, in which over 250 people took part - so we reckon it is quite a decent sample of opinion. About 5% of respondents had no strong feelings either way. Just over 1% thought we should have more, whilst 13% said they were happy with things as they are. Around 21% wanted to see fewer TVs on the streets, and a further 27% said they didn't mind them now and again for special programmes. Almost 33% had a zero tolerance, and wanted to see all of them off the street. What can we conclude from this sample of opinion? It would seem that only a small minority are happy with the current situation. The clear majority want less TV on the streets of Kalkan.
