The new GENPA outlet will operate from the old ADDA store premises, on Şehitler Caddesi, which closed recently. Update: We understand the new store will open in January 2012. KTLN predicted that a supermarket chain would arrive in Kalkan next year, in an article published on 5th October 2011. But the question is, will GENPA be the only one? How many supermarkets can the population of Kalkan sustain? We have heard that a new Migros may be coming to Kalkan next year. From conversations we have had, we believe it to be a strong possibility, however it is not 100% certain. For information, ADDA supermarket opened on 25th April 2009.
