Keep fitIs Kalkan becoming the keep fit capital of Turkey?  Quite possibly.

Not only do we have spinning, swimming, sea kayaking, mountain walking, line dancing, Zumba and Pilates, but with effect from Friday 18th November, Juney's 'Exercise to Music' classes are set to return.

If you wish to come along, you should turn up at Parc Kalkan, on Fridays at 11.30 am.

Bring a towel or a mat for floor exercises, and two small water bottles or small hand-held weights.

And you thought that Kalkan was a place where you could relax and chill out!!

Make sure you catch KTLN news on Monday, for details of a new and exciting water sport, coming to Patara beach in 2012.

Finally, whilst we are listing healthy activities, remember that less than 2 hours away from Kalkan, you can go skiing.  Read more about skiing at Eren Dağ, in this KTLN article.
