Panasonic Lumix cameraFollowing on from our article about a Sony Vaio computer that was recovered by Kalkan Jandarma, we are now seeking your help to reunite a lost item with its owner.

Whilst this is a one off appeal for help, if you have lost something in Kalkan, and want us to help you find it, please drop us a line, and we will be happy to publish an appeal.

We can only deal in real items - if you have lost your marbles, your heart, or anything else of a similar nature, we can't help you!

Also, if you have been unfortunate enough to have something stolen, which is quite distinctive and recognisable, such as an expensive item of jewellery, we are happy to publish details, so that KTLN readers can keep an eye out for it.

Of course, we can't guarantee you will be reunited with something lost or stolen, but KTLN is widely read* and we did once manage to reunite a lady in Fethiye with an item of stolen jewellery, by publishing details.  There is nothing to lose by giving it a go.

Here are the details of today's appeal.

  • What: A Panasonic Lumix digital camera - red with matching red case.
  • When: Lost just before Christmas.
  • Where: The owner can't be too specific.  Somewhere in Kalkan town.
  • Contact: KTLN, and quote reference M120105
