The lower tier is the market area. Amongst other things, you can buy Tchibo coffee and Nivea cosmetics. There will be a delicatessen where you will find home made pasta, cheeses and meats, including pork products like prosciutto ham. Parc Kalkan also plans to have a creative area where local artists will work. Every Wednesday there will be a Turkish themed evening. Cenk Toparlakli told KTLN that they aim to offer something that doesn't currently exist in Kalkan. Parc Kalkan has good commercial links with Istanbul and if there is a demand for something that fits in with the overall bon marche theme, they will use these links to bring it to Kalkan. Bon marche is French for 'good market'.
