It's about time we had some good news - something to look forward to.

KTLN readers may recall that we recently met with the General Manager of Dalaman international airport, and his team.

Many Kalkan visitors use Dalaman airport, so we are delighted to announce something that we hope will be of interest to lots of KTLN members.

Background
We get lots of feedback here at KTLN, on lots of subjects.  One thing you have told us, is that you feel prices at Dalaman airport can be expensive.  In fact, if you read our recent article on Dalaman airport, you may recall that we said that we had written to the people who set the prices, to ask them a few questions.

Well, we are still waiting for a reply, but in the meantime, we wanted to do something positive to help our members. So this is what we have done.

Dalaman Airport CIP Premium Lounge
We have negotiated an exclusive agreement for KTLN members to get a discount of 19% on the cost of entry to the Dalaman Airport CIP Premium Lounge (Their VIP Lounge). 

So at current prices, instead of paying 20 euros per person, the cost will be just 16.20 euros. Please note that prices are subject to change, from time to time.

The CIP Premium Lounge is open 24 hours a day, and offers a range of soft drinks and snacks, including assorted sandwiches, hot chicken, chips, assorted desserts etc. 

Alcoholic drinks are available, but must be paid for separately.

This KTLN discount may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.  For example, Dalaman Airport gives a 10% discount on the price of the CIP Premium Lounge, if you book online, in advance.  You can't add the two offers together and get a 29% discount.

The Lounge also has comfy seating, magazines, international TV, and free access to the internet.

So if you want to treat yourself one last time, before you return home, why not give it a try.

Wait - there's more!
But hold on - we've not finished.  Not only can KTLN members get a discount on the CIP Premium Lounge, they can also enjoy 10% discount at the Airlet shop, up the escalators, and close to the Food Court.  It's a good opportunity to grab any last minute presents.

How will it all work?
We will be providing KTLN members with a personalised, non-transferable voucher, (see left), that you will be able to print from our web site.  It's not published yet, so please don't spend time searching for it!

All you need to do is remember to take it with you when you travel, so you can present it to the staff at the airport, as you leave Turkey. 

We will let you have precise details a little nearer to the start of the season. We just wanted to share the good news with you now.
