We mentioned recently how Tesko supermarket in Kalkan is changing its name to Teskom (the new sign is on its way).  Well, more breaking news is that the same business is setting up another outlet on the way to Kalamar Bay.

Kalamar Teskom Supermarket is now open next door but one to Cafe Vita, on Cumhuriyet Caddesi (Kalamar Road).  It is smaller than the supermarket in Kalkan, however it carries the most popular lines, and we are informed that the prices at the Kalamar outlet are eactly the same as prices in the Kalkan store.

We know many people have been asking for a supermarket closer to Kalamar Bay, so it will be interesting to see how it goes.

We should also mention the fact that Can Can market opened this season on Kalamar Road, just before you reach the Elixir Hotel.
