KTLN would like to let you know that over the summer months the Culture House (on the corner opposite Salt and Pepper restaurant), will be hosting a variety of art and cultural exhibitions.  See details below.

We do not have the full schedule, however we do know that currently there is an art exhibition, including a live demonstration of the Ebru art form (paper marbling),by Turkish artist Haluk Kürkçüoğlu.  We understand that this artist, who is from Izmir, has been working in the Culture House since Saturday 11th July.  He is there for about a week.  The artist's website can be found here: www.halukkurkcuoglu.com

We also know that Kalkan artist Serap Tor, is holding an exhibition of her work at the Culture House between Saturday 1st August and Monday 10th August.  See the KTLN Hand Made in Kalkan article on Ebru (paper marbling) which features Serap's work.
