In June 2009, a travel reporter (another one!!), from the TRT television channel came pretty close to Kalkan.

The programme he recorded, Köşe Bucak Türkiye, shows Kaş, Kapıtaş Beach and Kekova, and includes items on diving and paragliding.  It also features the famous pelicans of Kaş.  We give you a link to the TRT website below, where you can view the programme online.

This programme is 36 minutes long and is in Turkish, but even if you don't understand all that is being said, you can still delight in the wonderful scenery.  There is one brief interview on Kapıtaş Beach with an English lady who now lives out here.

If you are a visitor to this part of Turkey you will probably recognise many places.
