Method Chop the red and green peppers and add to the chick peas, stir in the cucumber. Mix ingredients well. Add the chilli flakes to taste (half a teaspoon gives you a lightly spiced dish, two teaspoons will be quite spicy). Stir in the suzme yogurt and lemon juice. Leave in the ‘fridge to chill for 15 minutes. Roughly chop the white cheese and sprinkle over the top of the chick peas just before serving. Serve with local bread Afiyet Olsun - Enjoy your meal.
