Kalkan Beach playgroundOn the 25th August Kalkan Turkish Local News told you that the playground by Kalkan Beach was to get a makeover from a group of young Turkish artists.  Click here for the original article.

The scaffolding is up and the new murals behind the playground are well on the way to completion.  To celebrate this fantastic new artwork, a party is to be held close to the playground and the recently opened Pinar Büfe.  Drinks and nibbles will be available and there will be live music too.

Kalkan's Mayor, Saim Karakurt will also be there to say a few words of thanks to the talented young artists.

Everyone is welcome to come along.  The party will be on Wednesday 9th September starting at 9pm.  So that's 09/09/09 at 9:00pm.  Easy to remember!
