Rain and more rain for the next 10 days PDF Print E-mail

Rainy KalkanStarting this evening, Kalkan can expect unrelenting rain until 6th February.

According to Accuweather, the next 10 days are going to be quite bleak.

Fortunately, temperatures will not drop to levels seen in some other parts of Turkey, where another cold front is coming down from the north.

Having said that current night temperatures in Kalkan do feel pretty chilly.

As ever, the question with persistent rain in Kalkan is, where will all that surface water go?  We expect the Belediye workforce will be kept quite busy keeping the roads clear, as debris is swept down the mountain, into the town centre.
