Iskele SokakUpdated: with new photos.

Work is currently underway to create a new road that will provide an alternative route to the harbour, for traffic coming from Kalamar Bay.

This link road, Iskele Sokak, will connect Akdeniz Caddesi to the hill that runs down to Hotel Pirat.  See map below.

If travelling from Kalamar Bay, you can approach the new road by turning right after Need Furniture shop, or you could travel on Akdeniz Caddesi, which runs parallel to Kalamar Road.

The concrete gulley that channels surface water down the hill, will have a metal railings removed, and a metal grill put over the top, so that an area at the side of the road can be used for car parking.
