Water supply update: Many areas of Kalkan have been without water for a few days now.

Yesterday, we reported that the broken pipe near Saklikent had been fixed, and water was on the way.

Unfortunately, there was a subsequent fracture, which then had to be fixed.

Kalkan Turkish Local News, spoke to a Belediye spokesperson this morning (Thursday).

The news we have is that the problem has now been sorted out, and once again water is flowing towards Kalkan.

However, please be aware that it takes time for water to reach us, and for the pressure to build up, such that you get water coming out of your tap.
