ShareMobile phonesAccording to Todays Zaman, from today, 1st April 2010, the mobile phone kontör is no more.

Pre-paid mobile phone users will now have a more transparent charging system, based upon units of money (TL), which will make it easier to compare prices across different mobile operators.

This new ruling applies to Turkcell, Vodafone and Avea networks.

Further, charges for calls made between different mobile operators will fall by more than 50%
