Foreigners to meet with police in Kaş PDF Print E-mail

ShareForeıgneris meetıngIn April, Kalkan Turkish Local News reported on a meeting held in Kaş between local officials and foreigners.  

This is now being followed up with another meeting, where the local police would like to tell people what they are doing.  It's an opportunity for residents to discuss any crime issues they may have.

The meeting is primarily for Kaş residents, however people from surrounding areas, including Kalkan, are welcome to go along.

The meeting will be held at the Belediye conference room, in Kaş, at 2pm on Wednesday 30th June 2010.

You may recall that at the last meeting, the Kaymakam (Governor) of Kaş made an offer to hold a meeting in Kalkan, with the Mayor, to discuss Kalkan specific topics.  So far, nothing has happened, but we hope that a meeting can take place some time over the next few months.
