You can read that KTLN report here, which also contains details of what Kalkan Belediye have announced on local closing times and noise limits. However, a recent report in Hurriyet Daily News online appears to show these new national proposals are being watered down for tourist hot spots. On 1st July, Kalkan Turkish Local news reported that the Turkish government was about to get tough on excessive late night noise.
