Kalkan Bay - the horseWe are delighted to report that Kalkan Bay came in first in the 4.25 race at Beverley, this afternoon.

Kalkan Turkish Local News would like to congratulate Ken & Delia, the owners, and trainer Jedd O'Keeffe.

KTLN saw Kalkan Bay run at Beverley in July, on only his second outing, and we were impressed then with what we saw.  He is obviously improving with each outing.


Jockey PJ McDonald rode a good race and held on under pressure in the final furlong, coming in at 7/1.

Ken & Delia were delighted with the win, and also the fact that two people approached them at the race, separately, to say they are Kalkan regulars, and they were going to be cheering for Kalkan Bay.
