Kalkan Tourism Transport (KTT) has now lowered the price of travelling from Kalkan to Patara. A one way trip on a dolmuş will cost 2.50 TL, and a return trip is 5 TL. It is our understanding that these prices will apply only during the main tourist season. Competition is lowering prices, at least in the short term, which will no doubt be welcomed by visitors to Kalkan. And if the usual market mechanisms apply, lower prices will increase demand and hopefully everyone will be happy.
Update 24th August: Please note that prices have reverted to the original standard tariff. A one way trip to Patara is now 5TL per person. Share |
