I always thought there was a need for a website that would convey all the current news, and local information in English to expats, as well as tourists visiting Kalkan, and I think you do it very well.

UlusoyPublic transport news.  The Ulusoy transport company has started to operate a daily, low cost bus service between Kalkan bus station and Antalya.

The new route does not follow the coastal road - instead it passes through Gömbe, Akçay, Elmalı, Korkuteli, before arriving in Antalya.

The trip from Kalkan to Antalya takes about 4 hours and a one way ticket will cost just 15TL. 


Clearly, the cost is less if you are not going all the way to Antalya.  Elmalı, is approximately half way to Antalya.

Initially, in this report, we provided departure times, however, as they keep changing, we have removed this information.  Please check at the bus station before you travel.
