Keep fit and tone up with music on Friday mornings, from 11.15 on the terrace of the Nur Hotel.

Bring a towel or a mat for floor exercises, and two empty water bottles or small weights.

All welcome.  It's free - there is no charge for these classes.

Please note that whilst we show this event in our What's on Calendar every Friday, out of the main tourist season, Juney may decide not to hold the class some weeks.  Please check before you go along.

NB: no classes over Christmas and New Year.  Classes restart 8th January 2010.
