The official opening of the Kalkan First School amphitheatre will take place on Thursday 24th June 2010, at 8.30pm.

The Kaymakam of Kaş will be there, plus Kalkan's Mayor.  There will be some speeches, and a plaque awarding ceremony, followed by a cabaret play.

It is possible that the event may filmed by a TV channel, but this has still to be confirmed.

A theatrical group from Antalya will be performing ’Vatan Kurtaran Saban’ (Save the Homeland, Saban).
