The mobile Araç Muayenesi (Vehicle Inspection) unit normally visits Kaş on the third Saturday of the month.  It provides the equivalent of the UK's MOT for all vehicles, including scooters.

However, please note that the schedule is subject to change, so we recommend that you check the date for yourself before turning up.

You can't make an appointment in advance.  It can be quite busy when they turn up, so if you want to use the mobile station, our advice is to turn up at the crack of dawn to get in the queue, or you risk not getting on the work schedule for the day. 

If you can't manage to go on a Saturday, they also turn up in Kalkan on the previous day (Friday).
